What Would I Do With The Earthquakes of Puerto Rico

I will try to raise awareness to bring some people with me to help. We will start shelters and volunteer to educate the kids too.

I have never prepared for an earthquake, but depending on its severity, I will either fortify my place and stay home, or prepare my place for the earthquake and leave the city to go to a safer place until further notice.

My Thoughts on How to Deal With Tinnitus

I actually have mild Tinnitus and it’s not as severe as other people have it but if I had a severe one, I would try literally anything if it’s proven to deal well with tinnitus because otherwise, I will keep having suicidal thoughts.

Based on what I read, surrounding yourself with loud noises will most likely cause tinnitus. I have plans to purchase those ear plugs and keep them close to protect my ears whenever necessary.

What Are Your Thoughts About This Health Crisis?

Based on the negative news about the virus, I always had thought it was extremely dangerous and it could affect anyone; it increased my anxieties about the future. But after this presentation, I feel much safer and more positive.

If I were infected and there was no cure, I think I would try to live almost normally because nothing is going to change anyway until my last day. Maybe spend all my money on purchasing the tickets to the countries I wanna visit too.

Who Is Legendary To You And Why?

If I were to choose, my “legendary” person would be Hajime Isayama. His unbelievable story writing is something that has inspired me to be a writer myself. The fact that I have discovered that story writing is a passion of mine due to him made me admire him as a writer. Now every time I when I’m in the middle of writing my own story, I always ask myself how Isayama would write a certain part of my story, and could I write it better than he could?

I hope one day that I can write a story that matches the level of his story (Attack on Titan) or even surpasses it.

What would you do if you were put in their situation?

I will probably try to escape or fight desperately and die. I will escape to any better place whether it accepts refugees or not just trying my luck. Being hopeless in the country will push me anywhere to go. I will escape by ocean or hiding in a truck that travels out of the country. It will be too risky but better than waiting for someone else to save me.

Writing Topic

By the time I finish this writing task I hope to learn how to start my day, how to go through it, and how to finish it. Hoping it will give me an opportunity to improve my mindset and reflect on what is good to invest my time in and what is a waste of time.

The topic my essay will be about is discipline, as in behavior discipline. I want to analyze this topic with my writing because I have always struggled to stay consistent. Motivating myself to do something one day, and failing to do it the other day.

People who want some discipline in their lives will probably be my intended audience because they may have struggled the same way I did with it. I will be interested in my audience’s age the most. The audience might want me to share a step by step approach or the best tips to stay disciplined. These kinds of communication with the audience are fairly common because they are the easiest to follow.

The style I may end up using is MLA; introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. The best thing about this style is how easy it is on the eyes and how organized it is. Due to its structured outline, I expect my audience to read my MLA-written essay jumping from one sentence to the next without feeling lost or easily tired of reading.

Writing this essay will not take a long time, and setting up a writing session for it everyday will be an excellent way for me.

Greta’s Anger Problems on Twitter.

Greta Thunberg has been in the news for quite a while now and that brought me the idea to write about her twitter page.

In Greta’s bio box, with simple and concise words, she prides herself in being “a climate and environmental activist.” Also in the same box, one can find that she is from Sverige (in Sweden), her Ted Talk link on Youtube (about climate change), and she joined Twitter in June 2018. She also mentions that she is 17 years old and has Asperger’s (a syndrome that causes some communication problems basically)

Her activity on Twitter is mostly retweeting tweets about climate change strikes and protests in every part of the world.

Greta’s sense of humor in twitter is displayed by ignoring Donald Trump’s tweets about her, and at the same time, taking his words and putting them as her personality description in her bio. For example, one time Donald said on Twitter that she had an “anger management problem” and should go to “a good old fashioned movie with a friend”and finally added “chill Greta, chill!. She put those exact words in her bio and said “a teenager working on her anger management problem. Currently chilling and watching a good old fashioned movie with a friend”.

Greta follows about 1800 people who advocate for climate change and journalists who want to help. She has more than 4 million followers from all over the world that consist of admirers, haters, and bots.

To me, she appears as a an extremely resilient girl who is brave enough to talk about one of the most sensitive topics on the internet while receiving insults and mocks daily on her posts. She occasionally posts about the fun and family aspects of her life, but her twitter account is putting herself on the war field as a soldier who is ready to die for what she believes in.

Journal #1 Colour

Even though it’s not my favorite color, red makes me feel many different things.

Sometimes, when I feel neither full nor hungry, looking at the color red makes me instantly hungry for some reason. Probably when food ads associating red with their food, they simultaneously direct our brain to food when we look at the color red.

Red can also make feel powerful. From time to time, when I live those moments of complete fulfillment when I sing or when I try to write a complex story, just seeing or thinking about the color red creates that feeling withing me that I can do anything.

Love is too on of the feelings I’m reminded about when I look at the color red. This one is most likely because how media and culture took the red color and the word love and combined them together. I don’t think it’s a bad thing though. Red here makes me think of red flowers as love gestures or the weirdly shaped heart “♡” to indicate love.

I love most, if not all colors, but I chose red because of how interesting it is. Honestly after writing this, it made reconsider my favorite color.
